Note:

01.

"Application Form For Admission" is Bangladeshi Taka 500/- (Five Hundred) only.

02.

Fundamentals of English will be mandatory (additional) for students who don't get 70% marks in English on admission test.

03.

Fundamentals of Mathematics will be mandatory (additional) for students who don't have Mathematics in HSC or A-Level Examinations or obtain 'F' grade in HSC or A-Level Examinations.

04.

English Composition will be mandatory for students who don't get grade point at least 3.0 (out of 4.0) in Fundamentals of English (additional).

05.

Newly admitted students will pay their first semester tuition fees in 05 (five) equal installments and from the second semester onward, they will pay their tuition fees in 06 (six) equal installments (monthly).

06.

If a student extends the duration for any cause the Lab Fee, Library Fee, Co-Curricular Fee and Examination Fee will also increase at per as per fees structures.

07.

The waiver will be given as per the approved waiver policy.

08.

Document Verification Fee (if necessary) is Bangladeshi Taka 1000/- (One Thousand) only.

09.

Foreign Students will pay Bangladeshi Taka 20,000 as Service Charge at the time of admission.

10.

Any payments are non-refundable.

11.

The university authority has every right to make any alterations, additions, deductions, corrections and modification to any fees, number of credit hours, rules and regulations of the university

Waiver & Scholarship:
  • a) 100 % (One Hundred) waiver in the first Semester with a GPA of 5.00 (All subjects with Letter Grade A+) in both the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent examinations.
  • b) 50 % (Fifty) waiver in the first Semester with a GPA of 5.00 in both the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent and the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent examinations or a CGPA 4.00 in Diploma examination.
  • c) 50 % (Fifty) waiver in the first Semester with a total of 7 A's cumulatively in O' Level and A' Level examinations.
  • d) 20 % (Twenty) waiver in the first Semester with a GPA of 4.50 to 4.99 in both the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent and the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent examinations or a CGPA 3.60 to 3.99 in Diploma examination.
  • e) 20 % (Twenty) waiver in the first Semester with a total of 5 A's cumulatively in O' Level and A' Level examinations.
  • f) 10 % (Ten) waiver in the first Semester with a GPA of 4.00 to 4.49 in both the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent and the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent examinations or a CGPA 3.20 to 3.59 in Diploma examination.
  • g) 15% (Fifteen) waiver on regular tuition fees for siblings or spouse of existing students in the first semester who got admission in any Department within the same tenure of the existing student. The student can enjoy this waiver from the second and ongoing semesters but must obtain at least a GPA of 3.50 without any break in studies with regular course registration without any fail or incomplete or improvement course registration and without any proctorial obligation. Both students must be registered in that semester for claiming 15% waiver for the spouse or siblings. From the second and ongoing semesters, the concerned Academic Department, Accounts Office, and Exam Office will take necessary action regarding the financial waiver.
  • h) 20% (Twenty) waiver on regular tuition fees will be awarded in the first semester for family members of Stamford employees (siblings, spouses, or children). The student can enjoy this waiver from the second and ongoing semesters but must obtain at least a GPA of 3.50 without any break in studies with regular course registration without any fail or incomplete or improvement course registration and without any proctorial obligation. Both students must be registered in that semester for claiming 15% waiver for the spouse or siblings. From the second and ongoing semesters, the concerned Academic Department, Accounts Office, and Exam Office will take necessary action regarding the financial waiver.
  • i) Scholarship based on semester result as per university policy.(Condition Apply)
Note:

A student will enjoy a waiver on regular tuition fees under one category only, even if eligible for multiple. The highest of all will be granted for a particular student. A student shall be eligible for any waiver category only if he/she maintains uninterrupted enrollment, registers all the courses offered in each semester, has no failed, incomplete, or improvement course registrations, and remains free from any proctorial obligations.
